Project Overview
We supplied an integrated food powder screening line with a 2 TPH rated throughput. The system combines a Sanyuantang vibro sifter with a vacuum powder feeder for enclosed transfer and screening. The equipment is configured for oversize removal and particle classification according to the agreed product specification.
Customer Screening Challenges & Requirements
The customer processes fine food powder and needed a continuous screening system with 2 tonnes per hour throughput. Fine powder is prone to floating dust and easy cross-contamination during manual feeding. They required food-grade stainless steel construction, enclosed conveying, impurity removal, easy disassembly cleaning, and stable continuous operation.
Our Custom Solution Design
The configuration combines vacuum feeding with a stainless steel vibro sifter. Powder is transferred through enclosed connections to the screen for oversize removal and classification. Product-contact materials, screen openings, seals and cleaning access should be checked against the agreed food-processing requirements.

Project Benefits
Enclosed Vacuum Conveying
The vacuum feeder transfers powder through sealed hoses to the vibro sifter, reducing open handling points. Dust containment depends on the connection seals, feed condition and operating procedure.
Compact Integrated Layout
The vibro sifter and vacuum feeder form a compact skid-mounted system. It occupies small floor space and is easy to install inside existing food processing workshops.
Product-Contact Surfaces & Cleaning Access
The specified product-contact surfaces are SS304 stainless steel. Quick-release clamps provide access for disassembly and cleaning. The required finish, cleaning procedure and product acceptance criteria should be confirmed for the application.
Stable Continuous Screening
The screen separates oversize particles from the powder feed. The selected aperture and feed rate should be checked against the required finished particle-size specification.
Pre-Shipment Inspection & Commissioning
Before delivery, we tested the vacuum feeding performance and vibro sifter screening performance. We inspected mesh tension, sealing condition and machine running stability. On-site, our technicians guided installation, pipeline connection and parameter adjustment to help the customer commission the whole food powder screening line.
Project Outcome
The line combines enclosed vacuum feeding and screening around the stated 2 TPH rating. Note: Actual throughput and screening result depend on powder bulk density, moisture and feeding stability. Material testing is available for custom configuration.
